Incorrect

In the Incident Command System information and requests always flow up and down the chain of command. This means:

  • If you are a worker you request items from your Team Lead
  • If you are a team lead you request items from a Command Staff Member
  • If you are a Command Staff Member you request items from the POD Manager
  • If you are the POD Manager you request items from the Health Department

In all of the instances listed above you are requesting items (assets, breaks, personnel, etc.) from your Supervisor.
